Application of NTC Thermistor in Far Infrared Heater

White-collar workers in modern cities sit at their desks for a long time and lack exercise, which can easily lead to a decline in physical fitness. Therefore, an office chair with a far-infrared heater came into being. This office chair can not only promote the blood circulation of the human body, reduce body soreness and fatigue from long-term work or driving, but also help improve the body's immunity.
The far-infrared heater in this office chair includes a concave circular plate and a thick film. The thick film has a high-sensitivity NTC thermistor, a far-infrared heating resistor, an insulating medium and a polyimide film. This far-infrared heater has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency, good thermal conductivity, large heat dissipation area and high safety performance. It is widely used in various home appliances, instruments and other heating fields. Among them, the NTC thermistor plays the role of temperature monitoring and temperature control, avoiding accidents caused by excessive temperature of the far infrared heater during the working process, and ensuring the safety of use. The production process steps are as follows:
1. Process the SUS444 stainless steel plate with a punching machine into a concave circular plate.
2. Cut the polyimide film into the same size and size as the disc, then print the insulating medium on the plane of the polyimide film, and dry it at 350℃; after repeating the above steps three times, the resistor is printed and passed Drying at 350°C, and then printing the conductors and drying at 350°C to form a dry film at room temperature.
3. Paste the produced dry film on the surface of the degreased circular plate, and then use a hydraulic press equipped with a water bag to press against the substrate from multiple sides, so that the dry film and the substrate are tightly attached and pressed for 10 minutes, and then the hydraulic press is released; Take out the thick film substrate with the dry film and put it in a high temperature furnace at 850℃ for 15 minutes to form a thick film heating plate that integrates the substrate and the normal temperature dry film; finally install the NTC thermistor on the thick film heating plate , Contacts, far-infrared heating resistors and electrical control circuits become a complete far-infrared heater.

4. Fix the finished far-infrared heaters on the back of the office chair in a regular arrangement.
