2. 3. Paste the produced dry film on the surface of the degreased circular plate, and then use a hydraulic press equipped with a water bag to press against the substrate from multiple sides, so that the dry film and the substrate are tightly attached and pressed for 10 minutes, and then the hydraulic press is released; Take out the thick film substrate with the dry film and put it in a high temperature furnace at 850℃ for 15 minutes to form a thick film heating plate that integrates the substrate and the normal temperature dry film; finally install the NTC thermistor on the thick film heating plate , Contacts, far-infrared heating resistors and electrical control circuits become a complete far-infrared heater.
