In the process of brewing coffee, the coffee machine requires high temperature and high pressure process, and temperature has a crucial impact on the taste of coffee. Therefore, the coffee machine needs to be monitored by a high-temperature NTC temperature sensor. When the control temperature is reached, it will prompt to disconnect to prevent continued heating.
The coffee machine temperature sensor uses the resistance value of the NTC thermistor to change with the ambient temperature or the self-heating caused by the passing current, that is, under a certain measurement power, the resistance value decreases rapidly with the temperature rise. This feature determines the corresponding temperature by measuring the resistance value of the NTC thermistor, so as to achieve the purpose of detecting and controlling the temperature.
