A frequency converter is a power control device that converts a power frequency power supply into another frequency by using the on-off function of power semiconductor devices. The inverter is mainly composed of rectification (AC to DC), filtering, inverter (DC to AC), braking unit, drive unit, detection unit and micro-processing unit.

It is widely used in industry and agriculture, such as oil production in oil fields, outdoor skid-type water injection pump room, variable frequency oil transportation and other 24-hour operations, and the inverter is generally installed outdoors, facing the temperature difference, storm and other harsh environments. The inverter is a test. The inverter equipment has a large power capacity and generates a large amount of heat during operation. Therefore, it is necessary to use an energy-saving control device for double cooling fans in the cabinet to dissipate heat.

Install an NTC thermistor in the energy-saving control device of the double cooling fan in the cabinet, and fix it above the cooling air outlet of the inverter cabinet to monitor the temperature of the inverter at all times. When the cabinet temperature is low, the first and second cooling fans are automatically shut down, and when the temperature reaches the required fan heat temperature, the first cooling fan starts to dissipate heat and accelerates the rotational speed to dissipate heat as the temperature rises. And when the cooling capacity of the first cooling fan is insufficient, the second cooling fan activates the fan heat; otherwise, as the cabinet temperature decreases, the second cooling fan and the first cooling fan are turned off, slowed down, and stopped to dissipate heat in sequence. It automatically realizes that the cooling fan does not work at low temperature and automatic cooling control, which is more energy-saving; realizes the automatic start, stop and speed regulation of the fan according to the temperature change of the cabinet; and prolongs the service life of the fan.
